How buying through AutoBazaar works

• Compare models on the site and send an enquiry, or ask for a quotation, a test drive or a loan.
• Our team calls you on the number you gave to understand what you need.
• We confirm the on-road price for your location in a written quotation.
• If you decide to buy, the sale is completed with the dealer: you pay the dealer and receive the dealer's invoice, and registration is done in your name.

Where we sell directly

Direct purchase is available in Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kanchipuram and Chengalpattu. For other districts in Tamil Nadu and other states, we provide buying assistance and dealer connection.

Prices on the site

The ex-showroom price, on-road breakup, EMI and running-cost figures on the site are estimates to help you plan. The price you pay is the one in your written quotation and on the dealer's invoice. Prices, insurance, RTO charges and taxes can change before then.

Finance

We can pass your loan request to finance partners and help with the paperwork. The lender decides whether to approve a loan, and sets the amount, interest rate and terms. EMI figures on the site are estimates until the lender confirms them.

Payments, booking and delivery

• We do not take vehicle payments on the website.
• Any booking amount is paid to the dealer, against a receipt.
• The dealer's booking terms set the delivery date and what happens if you cancel. Please read them before you pay, and ask us if anything is unclear.

What we need from you

Correct contact details, and the documents the dealer, the RTO and (if you take a loan) the lender ask for. We will tell you which documents apply to your purchase, and whether you qualify for any government scheme.

Used autos

Used autos are listed by their sellers, and the details shown are as the seller declared them. Before you pay, see the vehicle and check the original RC, permit, fitness certificate and insurance; we will go through them with you on request.

Warranty and service

New vehicles carry the manufacturer's warranty, on the terms in the owner's manual and warranty card given at delivery. Warranty figures shown on the site are a summary of those terms.
