What this covers

This covers accessories ordered from the AutoBazaar shop. Vehicles are handed over by the dealer; see the Vehicle Buying Policy.

Confirming your order

After you place an order, we call you on the mobile number you gave to confirm the items, the address and when it can be delivered. If we cannot deliver to your address, we tell you on that call and cancel the order, and you pay nothing.

Delivery charges and timing

• The delivery options and charge for your order are shown at checkout before you place it, and the total you pay on delivery includes them.
• The delivery times shown at checkout are a guide, not a guarantee. We confirm the expected date on the confirmation call.

Following your order

You can see each order's status in My Account > My Orders: placed, confirmed, packed, shipped, delivered or cancelled. We also post status updates under Notifications. We do not issue courier tracking numbers; for anything else about your delivery, call or WhatsApp us.

Paying on delivery

Shop orders are Cash on Delivery. Please check the items before you pay; see Returns & Refunds if anything is wrong.
